As a dietary supplement for adults 18 years of age and over, take 1 tablet daily with food or as directed by a healthcare profession.

Sealed with an outer shrink wrap film and an inner seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing. Keep dry and at room temperature (59º-86ºF [15º-30℃]).
