I've been looking into some options to grow muscles and add up to my endurance. A lot of great reviews about creatine. The only side effect is water retention. I was a little bit afraid of the visual effects of water retention but decided to try anyway. I DID gain about 2,5 kilos but I can't see them in fat or in water. But I definitely see the results in endurance. My training sessions can last longer and I feel stronger. I also started taking citrulline so maybe it's a combined effect but I can definitely feel it. Haven't tried to dissolve the powder. I just throw a scoop straight into mouth. No taste at all. It's a good thing.
