These are seriously good! If you are on a moderate low-carb (around 50-70 gr carbs daily) you can pamper yourself with a portion of these once in a while getting abt 28-30 gr of carbs and a lots of fun! They really reminded me of the Kraft mac'n'cheese and I will definitely stock up on those for a cheesy pasta cravings I have sometimes. They don't get gooey or mushy like some gluten-free chickpea pastas sometimes get which is the biggest downside of the non-pasta pastas.
I do not advocate eating packed foods in a daily basis — I mean, thats not what we change our eating habits for. But excluding such things for good when you actually love one once in a while doesn't make much sense (unless your health state commands it).
