I love this brand of Maca. No side effect. I take 2 per day in the a.m. My PMS symptoms have calmed down, my skin is clearing up. Great benefits from this vitamin. I've been taking them for two weeks, I saw results by the third day.

Great stuff. For females it will balance hormone function and also aid in supporting libido, for males it is great for steady energy. Great brand - highly concentrated so the capsules are small.

i love this product it really worked for my hormones and it also lifted my butt and made it a lil rounder but it didnt make it bigger:(..but i do advise you to buy this it shows really great results.but im goin to try the gelantized one this time i heard its more potent.well GOOD LUCK !!=]

I like this type because they are easier to swallow than say the 1600mg. They seem to improve my skin.
