This is the kind of supplement i have been looking for and is just right for me. I like it that it has herbs to boost milk supply as well as multi-vitamins to meet the needs of breastfeeding mothers. Hooray to these capsules!! Breastfeeding mothers should take this.

I also bought the Pure Essence postnatal vitamins, and I think I like this one better. Hope it comes in a bigger bottle.
