this vegan based Glucosamine is suited for all religions as opose to regular glucosamine thats made out of shrimps or crabs.for an average size body take about 2-3 caps a day with similar amount of chondroitin(not for you if you're vegan as it is gelatin based substance)plus 1200mg of boswellia extract a day and around 1000mg of MSM and you have a good chance to get rid of fibromyalgia arthritis or inflammation of the joints within 3 months time. also take a complete multivitamin,a good calcium/magnesium,omega's 3/6/9 and trace minerals for best results. .....:)new client?don't miss your REAL worthwhile initial order benefits,a present from iherb,click the bluish "PracticalReviews" to learn all about it & for more Tips & Reviews on dozens of products.feel free to share & rate my reviews,Thanks iHerb
