Does seem to work but I think I'll be buying it in capsule form from now on. The powder does add a slight bitterness to water or plain milk drinks even though it's such a small amount.

Seems to work for ADHD but you have to give to the child several times a day and you can't miss any days. It takes a few days to notice a difference.

helps my anxiety

Gaba powder plus some vitamin C source (fresh lime juice usually) helps calm anxiety flares quickly. I would give this more stars, but the packaging causes the Gaba to cake and spoil quicker than it should - I usually have to toss some out at the end.
