I am not sure about the effects of this product. I am starting to think it is a placebo effect and really contributes little.

Ive been taking this about 2 weeks I started off taking 1 a day then went to 2 a day. My anxiety levels went up and I feel tired all the time. It didnt increase my energy levels it decreased them. I use to sleep 8 hrs then started taking this n slept 10 hrs n was still tired after waking up. Everyone is different so im not mad at my results ill have to try a different product.
