The directions for use on this product are completely inaccurate. You cannot take this product or any fiber product "without water." If you do, it will have the exact opposite effect --- it will badly constipate you. We pointed this out to the company a year ago along with many online medical articles confirming this. However, they are still producing it with false and misleading directions for use, which says something about the company.
