I've only just started on this product, so early days as yet, but, I'm hopeful! - Prompt delivery considering the distance. Held up at Aust'n Customs for awhile, finally received product about 1 week ago.

Not much help with IBS...

it has helped a friend with his IBS, but in my case it gave me a lot of pain in my bowel after a few hours of ingesting it, so i don't plan to use it again. Will prefer natural probiotics from now and on, like Kefir.
