刚开始吃这种胶囊，以前吃的都是花生米软胶囊的Q10。对于初级抗氧化的来说，100毫克的剂量刚刚好。我一般是辅酶Q10 100毫克的配合硫辛酸150毫克的吃的，效果不错。 这款辅酶10采用的是现金的日本技术，效果更好
