刚开始吃这种胶囊，以前吃的都是花生米软胶囊的Q10。对于初级抗氧化的来说，100毫克的剂量刚刚好。我一般是辅酶Q10 100毫克的配合硫辛酸150毫克的吃的，效果不错。这款辅酶10采用的是现金的日本技术，效果更好

从13年6月5号开始吃，半个月明显有改善。父亲节做活动在追加多买4瓶，让家里的老人也跟着一起吃
