I have liver damage from a genetic illness, milk thistle has helped immensely. I put 2 bags in a large glass of cold water and sip on it all day.

I love this milk thistle herbal tea. It aids so much with slow digestion, bloating and it just makes me feel so fit inside out...I love especially before and after some heavy fatty meals and alcohol. Does the job! Love it.

I use this milk thistle with my dandelion tea and it tends to be bitter,but it's excellent for the liver.

This is great as a refreshing beverage - sweet and smooth and the medicinal effect is there. Just steep it longer if you have liver/ gall bladder disease.
