Chia seeds are truly a superfood. One ounce (about two tablespoons) of chia seeds provides a whopping 11 grams of fiber (45% of the recommended daily intake), 14% of the recommended daily intake of iron, 18% of calcium, 24% of magnesium, 27% of phosphorus, 30% of manganese 14% of zinc, not to mention that they're naturally gluten free and suitable for people suffering from gluten intolerance and celiac disease. When soaked for a few minutes, chia seeds develop a gelatinous coating and produce a nutritious and almost tasteless gel which is a great cholesterol free binding agent that can be used instead of eggs and won't affect the flavor of any food. If you can catch this while it is in stock its great! I make chia seed porridge, throw it in smoothies, and cookies. Great quality and very hard to find at this cost.

이거 제가 가격 확인도 안하고 배송받았는데 지금 코스트코에 반값으로 팔고 있더라구요. 반품하려고 했는데 배송비가 더 많이 들거 같아서 마지못해 먹기로 했는데. 너무 속상하네요.. 똑같은 물품에 같은 용량이 이렇게 가격차이가 나도 되는지.. 제가 iherb에 메일 보내서 무료로 리턴하고 싶다고 했더니 그건 안된다네요. 다른 회사랑 가격확인은 안해본다며.. 암튼 아이허브 정말 자주 이용하는데 정말 속상하고 화가 납니다. 가격 확인하시고 구매하세요. 지금 코스트코에 16900원 해요.. 거기서 구매하시는게 나을 듯 합니다. 치아 씨드는 만족. 가격은 완전 불만족이네요.
