This book is really good and very easy to read! It is filled with information backed by research on 5-HTP and how the body uses it. I have been following the suggested steps for obesity and depression and I started noticing a difference almost immediately and have experienced no side effects. For those of you battling depression, insomnia or obesity, or if you just want to start feeling better, I highly recommend this book, and recommend following the suggestions outlined in his book. You won't be sorry!

As I suffer from all 3 disorders I thought this book would be a good idea. Very good descriptions of how the 5HTP works. I have been taking 100mg three times a day with no change so have gone up to 200 mg for 1 month. So still experimental for me.

This book is full of information on 5-HTP, I love this stuff. It does help with sleep. My only one minor complaint is that it definitly looked like the book was old and worn a bit.
