Excellent product. Being in a capsule you don't have the problem of a strong taste in the mouth and the risk of damage to the enamel of the teeth. My wife and I use it for colds, flu's and hayfever with amazing results. As vitamin C is a natural antihistamine and antibiotic it needs to be topped up over the day so we take it every hour or so as explained by the infamous vitamin c Doctor, Dr. Robert Cathcart on Google.

I was using the NOW C-1000 prior to this. I decided to buy Nature's Way instead because of the big bottle size and I also like that it has rose hips. I take high doses of vitamin C daily, usually on an empty stomach, so it's important that it be easy on the tummy. Unfortunately this vitamin C gives me heartburn. I'll be going back to the NOW brand.

Unlike the one with bioflavonoids, this one has gelatin. Beware.

An inexpensive way to get Vitamin C. May be not the best, but it will work.
