If you like your oats with a little nuttiness and chewy, I can recommend steel cut oats. Bob's Red Mill seems to provide a very good quality product, though I have not tried others. Repeat purchase.
I do not know whether the science is there yet to suggest coconut is very beneficial, but this manna goes on toast with honey well. Also great for adding a coconut depth to any smoothie. Repeat purchase.
Great cereal for when you feel like you need a reminder of childhood cereal time! I don't imagine they are all that healthy, but for a treat now and then, with milk or dry, these are my favourite produced packet cereal. Cinnamon flavour bombs!
Vanilla bean paste is like a magic elixir. You could probably just use vanilla extract with some kind of sweetener, but here it is prepared for you. Just pop 1/2 a teaspoon in a smoothie, and then lick the spoon.
These cacao nibs served me well, seemingly give a boost to smoothies and a little crunch as well.
I am unsure of whether it was a placebo effect or this powder was the cause, but really felt great after adding this to smoothies. The taste is a little strange at first, but after a while it became a taste I looked forward to. Unfortunately was unavailable on this site when looking to buy again.

Using this oil gives a little different flavour, most notably a tropical hint to a fried egg, and feel it is good for your Asian stir-fry.
Good crunch to these flakes. I enjoy the Nature's Path varieties. Are they all that healthy? Probably not, but seem good for a processed cereal.
Seems like BCAA helps with recovery. I believe these capsules help, though needs research on when the best timing to take them. Beneficial.
