Doesn't make you lose weight, just breaks down the carbs to keep from gaining weight. I will order again.
I seem to have more energy and my weight has been controlled.
I am pleased with this I seem to not feel as fatigue.
I think this should be an important part of dieting and just annual body maintenance.
As in my probiotics comment this should be implemented first prior to starting a weight loss program, and done annually as good body maintenance.
