I bought these because I had been told that FOS can help IBS. However, at the time I didn't know that for many with IBS, FOS can actually exacerbate symptoms. If you have sensitivity to fructose and other FODMAPs, then this isn't a great choice because FOS is a FODMAP. For those that are sensitive, this means it will ferment in your gut, and can exacerbate IBS-D and IBS-C. If you know you aren't sensitive to these things, then it might be worth a shot.

I've tried a lot of brands of nutritional yeast over the 20 years I've been vegetarian, and these are the best I've tried other than the five star and KAL brands, which are not sold on iHerb. These flakes are the right size, have that great umami flavour nooch is known for, and are a decent price.

I have to take a few a day (usually one in the a.m. and one in the p.m.) because I am (WAS) anemic, but I have gone from anemic from just below normal in 3 months. Given that you only absorb 10% of the iron you take (no matter the source), this stuff works pretty damn good. No ill effects like other iron I have tried - no constipation, dark stools, nausea, etc.

I've struggled with insomnia most of my life, and it's terrible now that I am in my final year of my PhD. I've had absolutely no luck with "natural" sleep remedies, but I was at my wit's end so tried this. Well, it must be that I am deficient in melatonin because these have worked brilliantly. Not a night of insomnia since I started them. My stress levels mean that I still wake up more frequently in the night than I would like, but now I can always fall asleep afterward. I would highly recommend giving these a go if you struggle with insomnia, especially if you are prone to working too late like me (and thus disrupt your normal melatonin release!).

I guess I didn't read the description carefully, but this tea contains chicory, which is a no-go for many people with IBS (it is a FODMAP food...so it ferments in the gut). It is also far too sweet for my taste, which is a shame because the flavour of the tea seems good. It's just overpowered by a strong sweetness from the stevia.

I take two of these a day, rather than the one per day of the mega-dose ones that doctors subscribe. it's worked a treat - no belly aches, no constipation, and my aenemia is gone.

If you've waiting for Artisana Coconut Butter to make it to iHerb, wait no more - this is just like it! I love this stuff. It's got the lovely taste of coconut without as much fat as the oil. Don't get me wrong, I love the oil, but this stuff is great and has different applications. Put it in smoothies (or over smoothies to create a magic shell like effect), on top of oatmeal, on toast, as a 'frosting' for muffins, cookies, etc. It's delicious and healthy. Highly recommend.

I was happy to see that this came as an essentially flavourless oil. I only take a few drops per day, rather than the massive does suggested on the label, so I haven't noticed any changes in my body (with the exception of improved skin...but I am not sure if that's from the K2). This is a great, convenient source of this vitamin, which is a challenge to get in a vegetarian diet.

I use this oil for washing my face. Basically, I just use half a dropper full of oil, rub it on, then place a hot washcloth on my face for about 30 seconds before wiping it off. That's it! I have adult acne, but haven't had a breakout since I've been using it. I love it, and think it's very much worth the price. I sometimes dab a bit in my hair to tame flyaways, but there are a bunch of uses that you can surely find online for this oil.

I really enjoyed the flavour of this bar. To me it tasted like caramel. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, so this was slightly too sweet, but not nearly as sweet as other protein bars on the market, or even something like a Larabar, for that matter. The only reason I give this 4 instead of 5 stars is the use of FOS. I am on a low FODMAP diet, and FOS is bad for people like me (i.e. many other people with irritable bowel syndrome). If you know you are sensitive to inulin or FOS, just know that the bar may cause you some discomfort. I would also like it if the bar used stevia instead of sucralose, but since I'm not eating them every day I don't care too much. I understand that sucralose probably gives it a better texture than stevia would. All in all though, this is seriously the best protein bar I have tried, both because of the taste and the very short ingredient list. Kudos to Quest for keeping in (mostly) real!
