I mix BCAA, sweetner, citrline, and citric acid for intraworkout drink. （BCAA、甘味料、シトルリン、クエン酸を混ぜて飲んでます）
I read an article Ursolic Acid might be helpful for muscle building and bought this product.I do not feel extreme effect yet(two weeks). I would like to continue for a while.
Though I tried many Meal replacements before, I think this is the best taste. You do not have to endure bad taste any more.
I had taken a Japanese similar product for a long time. Since I changed it to this product, I have not needed to worry about toilet any more.

I have tried several MRPs, but all of their tastes were bad to swallow. "LEAN BODY chocolate" was good for its flavor and taste. I really recommend this.
I seldom drink milk, so only a few tablets I took. I can not rate now.
Every time I do exercise, I drink my original beverage containing citruline, BCAA, ctric acid, and sweetener. I do not feel exactly citruline leads to muscle pump. I do not know I will continue to mix citruline.
