Indications: For stress and overactivity.

Adults, when feeling stress or tension, take 3 to 4 capsules every 3 hours, or as directed by a physician. Thereafter, take 2 to 4 capsules every morning for maintenance. Children Under 50 lbs take 2 capsules daily. (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) for 30-45 days and evaluate effectiveness. If you are not getting the desired results you can increase this dosage to 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.

If you are pregnant, nursing or if conditions persist or worsen, consult a physician. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children. Do not take if you are taking MAO inhibitors or are immunocompromised.
