Safe & effective. I've been using this daily for years, and it works great. My family always taught us the benefits of a healthy digestive/elimination system (keeps you strong & healthy:). No constipation or diarrhea for us:)! This is wonderful for those times when I don't always "eat right" and I know that what I put in my mouth that may be less than ideal, e.g. beef steak, ice cream, will be sufficiently eliminated w/in 24 hrs. or less. Try it, you'll like it:)! Be well, y'all!
