i really like the others products from Universal, i reaally do but this one REALLY DISAPOINTED ME !!! no matter how i take it (before or after training) or just before or just after....no matter....GIVES ME DIARREA FOR THE REST OF THE DAY !!!! I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT !!!!!
