The kiwi-strawberry tasted a lot better. This is not very sweet, not tangy, I mix it in water with chlorophyll and vitamin C powder for electrolyte replenishment. Wish iherb would restock the kiwi one though!

I use a 16 oz. mug - to 8 oz. water add packet and dissolve then add 8 oz. orange jucice. This reduces the acidity of the OJ. By drinking UP twice a day I no longer get muscle cramps at night because my body minerals are now balanced.
