I don't feel any effects either way. It's tasteless and slightly sweet like an homeopathic pellet and just as tiny. I'll try and trust that it's working but it's not really helping with painful circulation problems or teeth, yet. Hope it's not a placebo.

Dissolves quickly, taste is sweet. Teeth seem stronger since taking K vitamins.
