creatine. Excellent for muscle pain from fibromyalgia and other muscle related pains. also good for pain relief, with Ester-C, when exercising.

Good product, works as described. Really gives strengths and endurance during the exercise. Recommend to everyone. Would be nice to use less capsules for the desired effect.
