I tried it for a few days but it didn't take away my appetite. I wonder if it would have if I had taken it longer. I won't be able to get back on it for awhile because I started a fast and am only drinking water at this time. I also don't like the fact that I had to filter it over and over again. I guess I'll have to use cheese cloth. I'm not too crazy about the taste. I added cinnamon to every cup which helped a little. I was fasting the few days that I used this herb so maybe I'm the wrong person to ask. I wish you had it in leaf form. It would be so much easier to make. It would be like making real tea. I had thought it would help me on my fast but I got so hungry, I had to break the fast, eat for awhile,then start the fast all over again with only water.
