Have been taking this for about two weeks, feel right with this Multi. Good sleep, no noticable change to my complexion though. The product seems to work as the acne that came with Omega3 supplement subsided when I took One A Day the next day (I attribute this to Zinc component) The price is right. I wish Bayer add potent Lutein and perhaps Bilberry to this Multi so I dont have to take more pills. I ve been looking for Vitalux Healthy Eyes from Novartis which seems to fit the bill but still can not find a convenience place to buy.
