This plus optimized folate as helped immensely with my problems with fatigue. After my doctor said she had no more ideas as to how to help with fatigue she suggested I might have chronic fatigue syndrome. I did some research and found that the protocol of these two supplements were supposed to help. To my amazement, they've helped me. Because of the cost I tried to stop taking them but found that my fatigue returned, which convinced me these supplements work.

Doctor recommended this for silent migraines. As a plus, it has also helped with sleep problems.

This product controls my atrial fibrillation very well (combined with potassium ant taurine), and results in much less digestive upset than the chelated magnesium I previously used. Unfortunately I cannot continue to justify the much higher cost.

After two weeks, my mother's high blood pressure has come down into the optimal range. Additional time needed to confirm this wasn't due to any other medication change.
