It takes effect in just a few days! Definitely see a significant improvement in muscle growth and recovery. The nightmares will eventually go away, though, so just a heads up.

I would recommend this for everyone, whether they work out or not!!! I am in the Military and get about 4 to 5 hours rest and this helps the Body get through a great recovery . I work out daily also for an hour!!
