I believe this is working as advertised. It is a little soon to tell as I've only been on it a week, certainly I am falling asleep easier, I still wake during the night but given I've had terrible insomnia for over 12years (even strong sleeping tablets don't work for me) this is a positive and promising start.

I Found this product far to strong for me they just did not agree for my system but I have tried them

Purchased at iHerb

Received it from mail today. Took it at 5pm before going for an evening jog. Tried sleeping from 9pm until 1:30am. Took another tablet at 2am. Still awake...
