之前关节总会有响声，后来在香港买了一只葡萄糖胺吃了一个来月本来以为没什么效用，可再过后一段时间关节响声细了很多，于是后来再坚持服食，现在那些食完了，看到iHerb有很多这样的产品，看到NOW的产品卖得也不错所以选了它
