Purchased at iHerb

After taking this product for several weeks, my Husband and I experienced acid reflux and constipation. I do not recommend this product.

I like it because is based on Veggi. The capsule should be a little bit thinner

I love the whole food calcium. Great product but you have to take 4 pills to get a serving. I take so many pills as it is that I wish I could take only 2.
