I returned the product to iherb, when I found out that the gelatin was from pork. It would have been a great product i believe. As a single softgel contained 1000mg (80% active CLA) which means you only need to pop one a day! Also it's value for money for a bottle of 180 caps. It's a pity thou, the CLA was from saff flower seeds. It would have been great if the gelatin were derived from fish/seaweed (if possible)

My practitioner recommended CLA as one of the most effective supplements for lowering high leptin (leptin resistance). There are many factors that elevate the hormone leptin and fortunately, a lab test to assess your leptin level.

My wife took this one and she is very pleasant, she lost a lot on abdominal region and until now it didn't came back

Well, the premise is that when you take CLA, it keeps the fat tissues from storing up. I think that it helps. When I started taking this, I haven't went up the scales so bad that I can't get it down. Usually when I go back up 1 kg, it's a case of too-much-food-in-the-stomach. One phenomenal bathroom break and it's all gone, I'm back to my size. I've been improving since I took this. Before I can't keep up with my goal of losing 1kg per week, but with this I am gradually catching up with my goal.
