Using this, as part of the Methylation/Simplified Yasko protcol for ME/CFS, has helped eliminate my anemia and reduce high homocysteine levels (combined with B12). I also have the MTHFR gene defect (homozygous) so this form of folic acid, the most bio-available, is important to help bypass my troubled genetics.

There's something about this product, i know. Have a good feeling when taking it, i use it in a detox regime with different types of b12 and chelated magnesium to get rid of CFS symptoms. But also remember that the persons in your life, family etc and what significans your relationships and all your previous choices, is a part of the reason why you suffer from CFS. Try to find out how to improve your relationships to the people in your life, and first then, you can start to improve your health :)

I have a condition called MTHFR in which my body doesn't process folate in it's pure form. This is how I get enough folate for my body to function. I am so glad to have this product available.

My MD told me to take this. After adding this supplement my homocysteine came down to 1/2 its previous value. One thing would improve the pills. I wish the pills were softer so that I could cut the pill to spread my dose out over the day.
