Been using it in hot oatmeal and peanut butter cookies. Tastes good but just one jar will only make 2 batches of cookies.

Tried it on cereal & french toast & was a little disappointed as it has an aftertaste I'm not particularly fond of. Perhaps it will be better for cooking uses instead.

The flavor is very much like rice which is fine, but I was hoping for it to be a little bit sweeter.
