This product was recommended to me by my doctor and now the whole family takes it. Given the recent research on the positive effects of D vitamin, this is one of the products you just have to take, in my opinion.

I have been looking for a 5000IU Vitamin D3 capsule at my doctors recommendation. However, I had only been able to find 1000IU. It has been much easier to swallow one tablet a day as opposed to 5. Needless to say, I'm far more likely to take my vitamins now! Great product!

Vitamin D-3 is very important to overall health, as is iodine. I actually usually buy this with vitamin k added into the mix. Life extension is a very reputable company that does a tremendous amount of research before designing a supplement. You should subscribe to their monthly magazine.
