Convenient

I think this is an improvement over the older version (Booster softgels). I like the fact that this contains broad-spectrum tocopherols (plenty of gamma-tocopherol, just a small amount of alpha-tocopherol). I REALLY like the fact it no longer contains tocotrienols. I prefer to take my tocotrienols and tocopherols 8 hours apart (based on findings that alpha-tocopherol blocks the absorption of tocotrienols, & also interferes with their cholesterol lowering and anti-cancer activities in the body). So I take this with a morning meal; and a tocotrienol supplement with an evening meal. The addition of a solid dose of K2 is a convenience (one less supplement to take), as is the presence of lutein and lycopene. Not sure why this contains gingko - would prefer Zeaxanthin and more lutein instead. Overall, this is a great companion to a multi-vitamin/mineral base.

Great Complement to Life Extension Mix

This blend combines all the oil soluble nutrients that don't blend well into the Life Extension Mix.
