Alternative to Metformin

Using this along with regular exercise I have been able to get off Actos plus Met and maintain my blood sugar over a 3 month period so that my A1C result was 6.1

I have not been using this long enough yet, but my BP went down from 240+/130 to 195/102 in the three weeks I have been taking this, and my glucose levels are coming down, too.
