This fish oil is rich in omega-3 fats, which help keep your cell membranes healthy, helping to keep out toxins and waste while allowing nutrients in. Our cardiologist recommended fish oil... I liked this one because of no smell-no burp. which is true. It also really worked.... HDL scores improved dramatically. Reasonable price and good quality. astaxanthin 100 mcg.

I bought this from Jarrow Formulas sale, and it was priced $3.70. This is a pretty good Omega 3 product Astaxanthin. But $13.95 regular price is just too much for 30 softgels.

I am not at all allergic to shellfish or any other seafood, but somehow this product caused a nasty reaction. My whole face swelled up and I look like a bloated corpse. So consume with care!

I'm using omega complex supplements on a regular basis for my whole well being and I find this one very effective.
