这个东西是买给我妈妈的。她骨质疏松比较厉害，缺钙，晚上很容易抽筋，而且有时候躺到床上去的时候会觉得浑身骨头疼。这个东东吃了以后抽筋没有在抽了，疼痛也好很多。一瓶360片的可以吃2个月，准备这瓶吃完去医院测试一下骨密度。现在又入了2瓶，准备继续吃
