After using this product for several weeks, I realized from research that I needed more milligrams than the 100mg.

Pure RLA is better

This works but pure RLA is the one to buy. RLA provides the health benefits and with pure RLA it doesn't get interfered with by ALA. So, only half-dose of RLA needed to get same result.
