Awesome. I use it mostly before going to bed and I am able to sleep through the night with no 'hang over' effect in the morning. Using when travelling to different timezones has proved to be a must for my travel bag.

Good for sleep; calms the nervous system

These calm the nervous system (without sedating as such). Also try NOW passionflower and Paradise Herbs valerian. The great thing about these herbs is that they don't do any damage, unlike sleeping drugs. Instead they often tonify and support the nervous system with trace minerals.
