Vitamin D is finally receiving the recognition it deserves. I need to supplement my vitamin D intake, especially during the winter. Doctor's Best comes in a small, round, easy to swallow soft gel.

I can't get as much sun as I'd like as my heart meds are not good with the sun. I figure that 5000 IU is a safe amount to take.
