配合doctor's的辅酶Q10一起吃的，抗氧化效果蛮好的而且感觉对于控制体重方面也有些效果。吃甜食多的话，吃一颗感觉不会有甜食变成脂肪，不管怎么吃体重都会维持的比较好。间隔过一段时间没吃，似乎新陈代谢变慢了，体重也会增加一些
