This has a weird and interesting taste. It's a bit salty - like soy sauce - but it is also quite sweet, so it's almost like a soy sauce mixed with a sweet vinegar or something. I guess it's not for everyone but it's growing on me and adds a nice edge to my otherwise limited diet.

Just love this product....I use it everywhere as a replacement for Soy Sauce or Tamari.

For many dishes,especially stir fries. It's so good that I grab it as my go to seasoning! A little goes a long way.

I cannot eat much soy and this is great for asian recipes.

I have an intolerance for soy, wheat etc. and sometimes I really missed a nice seasoning sauce in my diet. I gave this a try and it's delicious. I'm very happy!
