It's not always easy to find the right "combination" formula when it comes to homeopathics, but I have found (as did the person who recommended it to me!) that this works really well and quite quickly to ease the pain and congestion of sinus-related discomfort. It has also worked well for my other family members. A great natural, non-addicting way to keep your sinuses in check! Highly recommended!
