I use this tapioca flour when baking bread and pizza dough. Great product. It helps the bread brown too.

I think I am more of a fan of arrowroot powder, but this works great too as far as thickening soups, etc. It can also be used in place of flour. If you want to save on your purchase, check out my username to save on your purchase.
