I used to have problems with constipation. I have tried a few brands of probiotics but was still irregular. I was not expecting much when I bought Raw Reserve. I started out taking 1 scoop of Raw Reserve per day, but I was still not regular. I then switched to taking this twice a day, and no longer have an issue with constipation - 1 scoop each in the morning and evening. I find that it tastes better when mixed with 2 drops of liquid stevia.
