I use apricot oil, olive oil and coconut oil exclusively except for a few recipes where I use walnut and sesame oils. It has little flavor and works well instead of canola oil or other less healthy oils. It is greatest with a wholewheat Hunza bread recipe I have made for many years. Most people don't know about it so it is not in great demand. I have only used the Spectrum brand with great success so I no need to try others. I am sorry it is no longer available in my area.
